Event League
To encourage greater participation at events, we are delighted to announce the introduction of our Kerry Bog Pony League for 2023.
- Open to entries for all in-hand showing, ridden and driving classes within the island of Ireland.
- Register by email to secretary@kerrybogpony.ie with your name, phone number and the name of your pony before or at the time of your first show or event.
- Each time you attend a show or event email the secretary@kerrybogpony.ie with the name of the show you attended, the class and your placing. For non ISA events, you may need to provide proof of attendance and the result.
- 3 points awarded for a 1st, 2 points for a 2nd and 1 point for a 3rd.
- At the end of the show season, prizes will be presented to the three handlers, riders or driving teams of the top 3 ponies on the league table from among all the showing, riding and driving disciplines.
The up-to-date league table will be published on our Facebook page.
Prizes will also be given for participation in the most classes at shows or events, again from among all the showing, riding and driving disciplines, so everyone is in with a chance of Kerry Bog Pony glory!
