Inspections in Glenbeigh
The first of this years Kerry Bog Pony Inspections took place on Saturday 22nd April at the Red Fox Inn, Glenbeigh, Co. Kerry.
Inspectors David Lynch and Carol Adams saw 10 ponies on the day. We are very grateful to Carol for stepping in at the eleventh hour when Carmel Santry had to drop out because of an accident. Daire Clifford carried out the identification, vetting and measuring of the ponies.
There were mixed results on the day - the inspectors commented that some ponies could have been better prepared.
As always it was a good chance for Kerry Bog Pony owners and breeders to meet up, exchange information and to discuss issues of interest.
